Idles Real Rough after HG, TC, and V Job
So my chain ate through the timing cover and mixed oil and coolant. I replaced the head gasket, timing chain, guides, water pump and they mixed again. Like a pro i didn't think it was neccessary to resurface the head, so....I took the head off again, had it pressure tested, resurfaced. I noticed some nicks on the top of the pistons so I had the valves replaced. The machinist set the cam in the head and returned it to me shiny clean. Installed a factory head gasket, head, replaced intake manifold gasket, installed it. Got it back together and it runs real rough. I checked the spark plugs they look ok, checked the cap and rotor, a little wear but was working prior to breakdown, i had a leak from the fuel pump so i replaced the gasket, don't know what freak is up. Pulling out lots of hair and smoking a lot. Any words of wisdom will be appreciated.

What color smoke? I guess the first thing I would check is to make sure all the sensors are plugged in, also check the cam timing is set and along with the distributor. Also I try to remember all the nuts and bolts in my head and double check that I have tightened them all, as you know there are a few hidden bolts that might let some oil in?
