Drag link question

I just installed a high steer on my rig. I set the IFS box to center position and adjusted the drag link to connect to the steering arm and the pitman arm without moving the tires. My question is, do I want the steering box to stop before the wheel stops hit or do I want those stops to hit and stop the pitman arm from moving any further. I have been searching and searching. maybe I searched wrong thing but I can't find any definite information on this. Thanks.

the steering stops are pretty adjustable so i would think the stop should stop the box.

by the way i just did the trail gear swap and i love it!!!!
good luck!!!

That's pretty much what I thought. Thank you. Yeah this steering is waaaaay better than a stock push pull with drop drag link. well spent $$$

The box is twisting my frame when I turn it all the way, I don't mean cranking the steering wheel as far as it will go very hard, I just mean any further than when the wheels stop the frame twists from the box trying to turn the wheels further. I will be welding on some plate this weekend to beef it up. Anyone else having this frame problem?
