I've read all the older posts but want some fresh answers. 1985 pickup EFI. I don't have overdrive until 30 minutes of driving. People say it's temperature related, but it use to take me 2 minutes to get on freeway and never had issues. I replaced thermostat and coolant temp. Sensor (green). Kick down cable has plenty of play. Any help would be appreciated.
