Broken timing chain guide?

So when I start up my engine I can hear an intermittent clicking ish noise from my engine when she's idling.. It goes away after a few minutes of running though... Truck runs great no oil in the coolant or anything like that. But it's got me worried. Anything else that'll click?

pull your oil pan, if there are a bunch of plastic chunks you have a destroyed timing chain guide.... or you can pull off the valve cover and look down the timing chain to see if the guides are broken, its usually the driver side guide that goes.
