Being new to the forum, I own 3 Toyotas, 2 1984's and a 1985. I would like to know what axle ratios were available back then. What type of identification did Toyota use to mark these axles?

They use colored paint on the ends of the pinion gear shafts. You have to remove the driveshaft to see it.
