maybe i should tell you what i got under the hood ... Timinig is dead on at 5 degrees. only because i have to smog it. stock bottem end freshly rebuild about 4000 miles ago. Head is a brand spanking new casting with new valves and such also has about 4000 miles on it. i have a TRD stage 2 cam with an LC adjustable cam sprocket. Downey header full exhaust back. Nology spark plug wires with W16 EXU spark plugs. the non resistence ones. Also have a Short Ram KN intake.i was able to get rid of some the misfire by adjusting the TPS. but it hasnt entirely gone away.I feel it alot on the freeway at crusing speeds and in light city driving.

Well just an idea but I just had a similar prob. that turned out to be a buggered up spark plug. I had a leak in one of my valve guides and it allowed just enough carbon to be deposited at a slow rate and closed the gap. Just a thought that mabey one of your seals didn't seat. It's an easy enough check. Hope this helps bro.
