1.5" wheel spacers do not fit locking hubs

I would like to swap wheels between our IFS 4Runner and our SFA Truck, but as you all know, the rims are different offset, the 4Runner ones do not fit in the Truck. I was looking for 1.5" hub centric wheels spacers for that reason. I found a set that matches the pickup based on their specifications (see image #3 in the link below):

this one

but the ad also says, in the image #4, that those wheel spacers do not fit locking hubs. Do you know why they do not fit?

Looks like in profile view that it necks in at the top for 106mm wheel center, so the center bore is not 106.1 all the way through.

I understand the reason now,106 diam. is outside the lip. Thank you for point it out, Bingle!

Could you recommend me hub-centric wheels spacers for 85' trucks with SFA?

I ran the Spidertrax 1.5" ones for a short time so far with no issues yet. Got them from 4WP cuz they were close/convenient.
I believe Ballistic Fab makes some likely nice ones. Probably Sky's Offroad too.
Everything I've gotten from both companies has been high quality.
