High Idle issue

So I have had my yota for a few months now. Despite the few early problems that everyone helped with, which is GREATLY appreciated, I am still not able to figure out why she has a continuous high idle. I have cleaned the carb and checked all fuel and vacuum lines. It just sits at a high idle all the time. I don't have to give it any gas to get moving and as soon as the clutch is pushed back in to go to second or to down shift it jumps up to a high idle. The linkage is fine and everything moves clean. I have tried adjusting the idle screw and I have it out as far as the idle drops.

Is there another adjustment that might need to be changed? I don't want to hear it, but is it possibly a timing problem?

mine did the exact same thing. all i did was buy a can of carb cleaner. spray a bunch inside it and on the outside of it. like almost the whole can. it doesn't high idle anymore and it's been about 4 months. what it is is the electric choke sticks open.

That or you've got a vacuum leak at the carb base or intake manifold gasket, unless you checked that when you checked the vacuum lines.
