2nd gen AC into 1st gen?

2nd gen AC into 1st gen?
My 81 sr5 came without factory AC. I have found a 84 donor for $250, but its a second gen truck. I know everything under the hood would work ok (or so I think) but I'm really worried about behind the dash? Any input guys?

I guess I wasnt using the search right and nothing was really popping up for me, then I posted this. I got bored and found that exact post just scrolling through threads and didnt know how to delete this one.
