These came with my 1987 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Turbo. I was told they might be OEM, but my guess is that they are aftermarket. They come with mounting brackets and center bracket bolts. These are in really good shape - especially the visible areas once they are installed. The areas on the sides that don't look pristine actually go inside the wheel wells so you don't see them.
