Has no real rust or major dents. I'm not 100% sure what year but it's obviously a two latcher . Please chime in if you know what years it might of came on, I would like to know. It was all tan, has a light coat of rattle can on it that. Would like to get 120.00 plus shipping. If I'm out of line on that , let me know I'm reasonable

That is a 1984-1988 body style tailgate. I believe the double latches came on base model trucks from 1984-1988, but were more common in the earlier years of this body style.

thanks for the input, I guess I forgot to mention this is currently on a 82 so I'm guessing it will line up and match the mounting 79-83 at least
