This motor came out of my 98% rust free 1982 Toyota 4x4. It is all original and has never been rebuilt. It was running good when I pulled it for a V-6 swap. I damaged the oil pan trying to take it off and it is gone. Apparently, after 36 years it creates quite a bond with the block! The front bolt hole for the exhaust manifold has a helicoil. I stripped it when putting on the LCE header. It is now the strongest bolt hole for the headers/exhaust manifold. I'm no expert, but the block and head are in very good shape. There is no exhaust leak or head leak. It was not consuming any oil.
