Handy little TPS tool :)

So, I needed to check my TPS and it was out of adjustment. So, I got tired of having to move the TPS a hair, check the resistance, move it, check resistance... So, I made this little guy that made the adjustment of the TPS a snap and a very easy job!

I had an extra TPS plug so I put some small butt connectors on it and labeled the connections. The leads of my multimeter plug right into them and give me a good reading. This setup adds a little bit of resistance but I measured it out to be about 3 ohms, so nothing to get paranoid over. Here's the gadget:

such an intelligent idea. wish I had a junk yard close by that for sure had one I could cut off was wondering if you could tell me how much play is in your device to get a reading. mine seems to only produce a reading in just a hair location. when I go to tighten it disappears. so frustrated. Are there any videos you might know that will demo the play of the TPS that you could refer me to as a reference?
