I bought a Trail Gear SAS kit from him that was new. He saved me money on shipping by meeting me half way. Well everything went great until I got home and realized some parts were missing. Called him up and he accidentally forgot a box with the rest of the parts. Needless to say he shipped them right out to me ASAP! Very honest person, most would have took their time or not even bother to send it at all. Excellent person to deal with.
