Where Are the Photos?

Ok, there were tons of you out at Pismo for the Surf N Turf that had cameras, so where are all the pics?
JK guys, but seriously, I would love to see some stuff from the weekend.

Talking

I'll post some photos up in a bit...

Made two trips to the dunes on Friday. Went again on Saturday morning. (Sorry I didnt make it out again on Saturday afternoon.)

But I did go out on Sunday (well.. to get my seats) Left the beach to do some shopping in SLO. A few hours later James called and said they were gonna do Pozo, so I met up with them. After lunch at the Pozo Saloon, James, Steven (dont think he is on yotatech) and I headed up to Las Chicas trail which was pretty cool (4LO for the most part), we almost got lost on our way out (it was getting dark too!), but finally found our way back thanks to some guys on quads. It was another adventure after we got off the trail: an adventure for gas Steve's land cruiser and my truck were out of gas! Had to drive all the way to atascadero for the closest gas

Brad, I'll go over this week and upload all the photos to your computer.

I am gonna guess...

1) tried
2) failed

If you have GPS coordinates, it can help you get to the beginning of trail (which is USUALLY a spot in nowhere, but you can still get directions) while most GPS's don't give many trails at all unless you can find a good DVD that has 'em on there.

yeah I mapped out the trail on a GPS. All the roads adn trails are indicated on a Garmin Topo West Map. I ran the trail earlier in the day in a bit over an hour. The directions given were not 100% clear as there are a few forks on the trails, which was not marked.

I wish I took some pictures of that white fender Taco. I was nicely tuned and ran really well accros the dunes, it was amazing.

Lance had a real nice setup on his truck, but it still needs some suspension fine tuning before he can run it really hard. I would have loved to see it in full action i.e. gettin some air , but it ran pretty well over the whoops.

When did you guys hit the trails? Man I'm bummed I missed out!!! Btw, sorry I didn't get to talk to you much Milton I had to bail since I was only scheduled to be there for a few hours. Ended up longer than I anticipated.

Great to see all of ya guys (it's been awhile - atleast 1 yr or so minimum for the most part).

Andries: Always great being around exciting company! Hopefully we can hit some real trails
James: As always... thanks for the good times! We'll catch up more in the coming weeks.
Henry: Hope ya got that tire repaired Hope your gf had a great time! Looking forward to seeing you at BB in Dec when I firm up the date.
Milton: Sorry soo short... We'll hang out more next time! I promise - Lets just avoid the sand... I'm still vacuuummmming!

Sorry no photos on my end... was too busy chattin away putting the names and faces together! Good Times!

The temps were mid 70 or so during the day and mid 40s at night. That pic was probably mid 50s to 60 or so.
