Meet up with a small group yesterday to run Old Wards Canyon. We left the meeting spot around 830 am to head up to the parking area at the 'B' where I would leave my 4runner (bum steering rack )and tag along with the driver of the 82 Landcruiser (trail leader) . The guy in the 07 was his first time out in the LC (it was bought with all the mods all ready)and this run gave him a good test of it.

The route would take us up Old Wards Canyon Road and then up to the top of Skyline Drive to the snow line and then back OWCR. At the top you enjoy the view of Great Salt Lake on one side and then Morgan country to the other side. The weather for the trip couldn't have been better. Not to hot and not to cold and the wind was next to none.

It may not be a hard trail but the views make up for it. The weather couldn't have been better either.
