I'll be judging most of the weekend. Look forward to meeting yota wheelers from Ohio.

Yeah, the belly pan is pretty cool. I took a normal Marlin Xmember and cut the wings down so it slides inside the frame rails. Welded 1" .120 square tube and ran Grade 8 Hardware thru the frame on both sides. Flat belly now and with the spring hangers in boarded they are above the rails also so nothing to catch.

Here it is mocked up with no hardware yet.

Inspiring is good to hear...I like that word

I see how it is, you can go the weekend after Mothers Day, but you can't make things happen in time for Tellico, the week before.

Mother's Day..Enuff said.

More..

Well, paint is gonna have to be tonight and Saturday because last night got a bug up my arse to add some structure to the rear spreaders just in case I ever decide to put the back seat in.

1.75 .120 wall Dom to match the chassis

Lowered a bar on the engine cage and re-ran the spreaders. Now with it lower, get to redo the radiator mount. No big deal, it was only tacked in place and needs to go down 1"

Get this last minute tube work welded up this afternoon and mask everything off for paint tonight and shoot it tomorrow? I hope. We have to section off the shop and use the big paint gun, plus mask off the entire truck. Then reassemble it.

More Monday.

Hopin 2 weeks max and it will be done.

Been a hectic week with W.E.Rock in town but was able to finish up the winch mount and the radiator mount. Theres a slit in the bottom of the winch plate that allows me to point the hook at my front axle for comps or out front for trail rides. Just have to respool and with a Syn line that's not a bad idea every so often anyways.

More next week. Adding a rear winch next week, will not be much to do but have an old M8K on my Jeep right now and will pull it off and mount it out back. Nows the time.
