Great idea , ill look to see about putting at the 45 or closer to it .. .rather than the 90 ..shortening it a bit.

Cool, RMA, I can't wait to see the end result. I'm about to start on my airbox, then it'll be snorkel time for me too. Keep up the good work.

perhaps if you wanna go slightly more classy, you'd try a paper towel tube or a wrapping paper tube. if it were up to me, i'd use one of those plastic candy cane lawn ornaments, the ones that are like 3" diameter. use the bend in it to return into the fender and definitely leave the stripes

hey i seen one today while i was out then i thought of this thread might just try it for making my snorkel

snorkel+flatbed+2" toy-tech lift+2" BL+36" tsl = one and only Toyota for miles

hell im the only one who has a Toyota that isn't rusted all to hell around here i still get stares everyday. build me a snorkel while your at it and then ship it to me buy some good ass paper and put it in the package for protection

haha this is awesome, cant wait to see the end result....and yeah we used a pringles can to form the the oval air inlet then a beer can..wich oddly fit perfect, with a hole cut in it for the other beer can and went backwards...wasnt a true snorkle just an air intake diverter

NICE man!! Make you guys wear gloves with fiberglass and eye protection. I used to do fiberglass on a daily basis.

MAN, nice snorkel head why couldn't you find that when I was doing mine??? I think I might have to get one too. I'm paranoid that I'm going to suck rain water in with mine.
