Putting a Locker into a SR5

How much work is involved if I want to install a locker into my 2000 4Runner? I notice "working for an insurance company" That only Limited have the Diff-Lock option....I can buy a total-loss easily enough...to get the parts. On another note....anyone ever swaped out a Limited Interior, like Leather/Dash ?
