how to lower your truck

Thanks, I wish I had pics of my old trucks. That was around 17 years ago before digital cameras. I hardly took any pics back then either. I think I have a couple pics of my Chevy Luv somewhere that I might be able to scan & upload. (If I can find them) Now a days it's all about leaving a truck's suspension alone or just a very mild adjustment. No more extreme stuff that destroys everything under the vehicle.
Here are a couple bigger ones of the current Toyota (stock)

[quote=toylocost;51089531] I wish my '82 wasnt such a peice of crap. I hate the looks people give me when I drive it. And the A/C not working sucks.
Does it run good though? It gets you where you need to go, right? Just think, many of those people who think your truck is just old & junky also have car payments that can be $800 dollars a month & they still don't own it!
Did your p/u come with A/C from the factory & doesn't work or just never had it to start with? Either way it wouldn't be very hard to repair or install A/C into your truck. Because it's old, it's also easy to work on! Got any pics of your truck?

A/C is stock the compressor doesnt turn when I turn it on but when I thouch the wire on the A/C compessor to the battery the clutch drops and it turns but it still doesnt blow cold. So I guess there is a hole in the system somewhere but it did sit for a few years before I bought it.

Oh come on, I thought it was going to look like a real piece of crap. That truck is still very decent looking. Take a look at some other 1982 vehicles on the road!
Start a new thread about the A/C & I'm sure we can get it blowing cold for you!

I will start a new thread when I have the money to look into it. lol. I've got bigger problems than the A/C.
There is a more current pic on page 2. I guess it dont look THAT bad but I must admit the picture does wonders for the paint on body.
