1998 4Runner sputtering

I just had a tune up on my 98 4runner 3.4L 2wd and replaced a coil but it's still sputtering and misfiring. Any suggestions? Thanks

Any CEL?

The CEL had been on for an O2 sensor but it hasn't had a CEL since the tune up yesterday. It is sputtering intermittently.

Sounds like you'd better try replacing your o2 sensor, it could be your engine is running either too rich or too lean due to a sensor issue.

I would start with the oxygen sensor. Are you using the oem type spark plugs? I have a similar issue on my build. It ran alot better after I put the right spark plugs in. Could be coil, spark plug type, spark plug wire make, injector, engine ground, head gasket issue.
