Whats the difference with the /75 and the /70?

Your help is appreciated,

I can tell you from my own experience that when I tried running 265/75 I also felt a lot less power from my engine not just MPG ( I have 96 4Runner 4x4 with 3.4L and 4.10 rear and front). I also learned a lot about tires during that time and what I know now is that LT is what rubs you MPG and power: LT has a stiffer side walls and softer rubber compound = higher rolling resistance, P rated tires are opposite.
And I know 265/75 looks much better but it did not work for me. I may try next time I will need new set to go with P265/75 since I know about P and LT differences now.
BTW I have P265/70R16 Bridgestone A/T Revo on my 4Runner now.
Just my $.02.
