I think it's This Guy that they're going to be talking about. I think it's a cool looking truck, and looks like it will be very capable hehe now if they would just put it in an affordable range

I like the idea of an updated FJ.....If they keep it affordable and true to its off-road roots....I think it could be a good idea.....I wish that they would listen to the suggestions posted on boards like this one when they start to choose options.
However the two tone colors on the pictured image makes this look like a mini-cooper on roids....

FJ Cruiser
Lets just hope they come up with a truck as versatile as the old fj landcruisers. If they can do that then we won't be hearing so much from the Xterrra and Tj/Yj guys. My brothers both have old land cruisers and those things will go almost anywhere. Maybe toyota does listen to there faithfull. Well i guess we will find out if and when they release the new fj. This could be there big chance to biuld a real off roader. Lets hope they don't just come out with another soft suv and stick with the FJ land cruiser tradition.

Hey now, what's wrong with the Xterras? (hint hint, check out my sig ) hehe I really hope that they'll pull the new FJ off, because at the moment, Toyota doesn't really have an SUV in the $20k-$25k range like Nissan does with the Xterra. So hopefully they'll be able to price it affordably like the Xterra. Then Toyota wouldn't have to be competing with both the Pathfinder (about same price range as the 4Runners) and the Xterra (about $4000 less than a similarly equipped 4Runner) combined. If they pull it off right, and price it reasonably, I'll more than likely trade in my Xterra for one
