Tell me what lift I have

Tell me what lift I have
I bought an 02 4Runner Sport a while back. It has a lift on it and I need some help from the 4Runner experts here in determining what suspension parts I have in there so I can replace them as they seem to have a lot of wear on them.
Some background info:
-The top plate spacer on the front coils is about 1.25" tall
-The truck came with 285/75/15 Bridgestone Deulers on stock "flower 6 spoke wheels". They just barely fit with no rubbing if this information helps.
Here's a pic of how the truck sits:
Here are some pics of the suspension setup:
Can you tell me (these are the questions I'm most concerned about):
1. What model of OME shocks are in the front
2. What model of OME shocks are in the rear
3. Are the front coils factory? If not, what model coil do they look like?
4. Are the rear coils factory? If not, what model coil do they look like?
5. Based on what setup you suspect I have, how much lift would this actually have provided over stock.
Bonus Questions:
Based on the lift you suspect I have:
A. I need to replace my sway bar bushings, would I be better off with a specific sway bar end link kit based on the amount of lift I have or just stick with stock?
B. should I be running a front diff drop kit?
C. A panhard bar relocator kit?
D. If I wanted to widen the stance of the vehicle a bit and prevent the front tires from rubbing on the frame, what size of wheel spacers would still allow the tires to stuff up into the wheel wells?
E. When I drive over washboard gravel the suspension feels extremely stiff and the truck vibrates like crazy. Is this due to the suspension setup I have? What could be done to improve the handling over washboard gravel?
F. Should this body mount look like this? It seems like it's missing some material. The driver and passenger side are the same.

I don't see a true lift
I see a bunch of stuff along the line of repairing sagging springs etc.
My 91 4X4 has a 3 inch body lift that is clearly visible above the frame.
See my album
My 97 Tacoma 4X4 came with a 2 inch suspension lift clearly visible
as solid round block on the coil/shock tower up front and blocks at the rear axle U bolt mount as I recall.
I wanted to pull it but was too much work to bother, besides I sold it..
You can pull all that crap out and replace it with whatever you want.
Good Luck J

The middle mounts on my '99 look exactly like that as well. My wife's 96 doesn't have any mount at all there. AFAIK it's supposed to look like that. I think it's just there to limit body flex during a severe crash.
