yes its been tested, if you look closely in that pic you can see a minor dent in the passenger side front fender, that was from this...



...and that was the only casualty from the event aside from some scratches on the exo cage. It was a fairly minor roll, it just tipped on its side against that bank but I thought for sure I would have some serious damage to the body but that exo worked perfect. I would never put a roll cage inside a trail truck especially after seeing how effective and safe these can be, they serve so many purposes. infact to get the toyota back on its feet I rigged up a trick setup around a tree and back around to my truck strapped it up to the cage and winched it right back up.
soon I'd like to ditch that shell and scale back the cage on the back so its just around the bed to remove some weight and keep the center of gravity lower.
