I vote for removing them and getting sliders too. I already bought some front mud flaps on Ebay for my truck so I just have to get my sliders and I'm in business. I like Corey's and I also like All Pro's. I think the AP one's are cool with the kickouts - protects the truck and makes it easier for the kids to get in. That said I'm pretty much set on the Badlands units that Corey has.

I think it will look better with them off, but I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks

I do take my boards when I do some wheeling, but since taking boards takes no more than 15 minutes, it's really helpms to keep my rig looking good during my daily driving.

Ok, so they are pretty hard to get off initially. I think I will soak them tonight in WD40 or something.
There's another question that I forgot to ask. Have you guys noticed an increase in door dings and stuff like that?
I usually take up two spaces when I can (yes I'm that person that takes up 2-4 parking spots when I really don't need to) but there is always those times when there is just that one parking spot.
Thanks for the help

You know, Cebby is getting NEARLY as bad as Corey.. any excuse to post a pic of their rigs!!! Actually, I say, get rid of the d@^* things!! Your rig will look taller, not to mention.... they are a "crap-trap". All things "nasty" get caught in the running boards.
Lose them. Your Runner will thank you!
I have a VERY clean 95 SR5.. the only rust ANYWHERE on the rig is on the rockers..... compliments of the running boards, lose them.

Thanks guys for the help.
The running boards are gone. I then used mertztr's $8 mudflaps idea. They work pretty good.
My 4runner looks much better now.

Actually I'm at my parents house and I have a digital camera that I can use. I just need to figure out how to put the image into the post. I don't have anyone to host pics right now. I can attach the pic to the post, right?
I'll give her a wash tomorrow and take a pic if I have time. She won't be showroom quality though.
Thanks

I love mine with em off. I get asked all the time how much lift I have and I'm like uhhhh none. I have the spendy flaps off a Toy truck. Yes you can attach pics to a post and you can also use Monty pics for free up to 2MB that's what alot of us use.

Man...now I want to take them off...but I haven't quite got the money for the all out Sliders yet. I guess I will look for some front mud flaps and then take the suckers off. The rust thing is what made me wanna get rid of em.
Thanks guys!
Thanks guys!

yeah I recently took mine off and it actually looks A LOT higher. It looks like it has alot more than the 4-5" i am currently sitting on top of. Also, it opened up a huge amount of clearance for the tires. I need to get some flaps before i go wheeling again, don't want the earth to throw-up and mess up the body!
