Looking for Part Numbers

I am looking for the part number for the intake gasket for a 2000 3.4L Anyone???

I have never understood why people ask for part numbers here. Help me understand why this keeps going on.

Are you planning on ordering a part from someplace other then the dealer? Trust me, the dealers can find the part numbers themselves and if they get it wrong, it it there problem to make it right. Now if you give them a specific part number and they get you that part number and it is wrong then it is your fault and they may not honor an exchange or replacement.

I have never told a dealer what part number I want, I only provide the description of the part.

So, why do so many of you want to do it the hard way? What am I missing here?
