installing a tps

what does the process of adjusting a new tps involve?

my truck wont idle in gear unless you unplug the tps, then it idles about 1500 rpm's, but atleast it stays running.

I adjusted mine by what he wrote up on that link and mine works great! highly recommend it and it will take some time and fooling around with but you can get it if i can!
