Fix my damn power door locks!
IPT Valve Upgrade
Get the first rear bumper from Mike
Make custom box setup in the rear where the spare used to be with:
All light relays
OBA w/ 2 tanks with the biggest compressor I can get my hands on
2nd Optima with tjm dual batt setup
Get new springs for my Downey Adjustables so its not sagging in the front anymore!!
1" wheel spacers and put my current DullerATs on my stock wheels for the street
Get either DestinationMT 33s or MTR35s for the Crawlers
That should do it... after that would come gears and lockers

How much?
I would be doing lockers last because I want the oba first... and also it keeps me from going crazy on the trails. This is my DD for another year or two. Til then, I don't mind not having traction. Though... I made it over pretty much everything everyone else did at tellico and never needed a tow strap I'm actually the only one that made it up and around this big boulder that fell down at the bottom of 5 (in the creek) on the way home from my damn CV replacement.

Probally looking at $800 O.B.O. shipped (weighs ~80#!!!) in a plywood crate w/ the third secured properly so the gears don't get beat on. Stock 4.10's professionally set up in the third. It would take someone less than 2 hours total to install. You then have your third as a spare or you sell it for $100 on ebay. It's been used offroad about a dozen or so days and actuated about once a month to keep the mechanism lubed. It's only seen ROYAL PURPLE gear lube, so you know it's just like new.
A new ARB RD23 is $700+ without shipping (prices have jumped big time) and then install is another $250 if you drop it off to have the third pulled at the shop like I did. I've got a new RD23, new RD90, donor third and front diff and 4.56's all expected to be here within the next 2 to 3 weeks... they will be bench installed into the donor third/diff, then i'll do the wrenching to put them on the runner.
