high idle caused by grooved out TB?? need help asap!

Here is my rig 99 tacoma 3.4 with 133k on it.

It started idling high today around 2k i Replaced the maf and the tps still idling high. I pulled off my TB cleaned my IAC and still idling high.
With the truck running (1700-2000k) i can push on the throttle arm attached to the butterfly valve and it idles right down to 750k push on the throttle and its like it is stuck. I pulled the TB back off and felt around the TB is grooved and the butterfly is sticking open just a little. I tried every adjustment possible and no fix, i managed to strip the rod that the butterfly is connected to so it will need replaced but i cant get the screws that hold the butterfly out. The only thing i can think of is to buy a new throttle body (hard to find these yrs of a toyota in a junkyard around here)
Does any one have any advice or is this common?
PLEASE HELP

Well I bought a used TB off a 4runner. The TB's are a little different set up but i was able to make it all work. After installing the new TB my idle came down from 2250k to 1500k big improvement but still not good enough. I got thinking and replaced the coolant temp sensor. Still no change in idle. I remembered reading that if you remove the electric motor on the IAC valve to clean make sure to use a minimal amount of rvt. I removed the motor last night and found i used to much rvt. i cleaned the rvt off but could not get all of it. In this process i chipped a piece of the magnet that comes from the IAC valve into the motor (1/16'' wide but only paper thin) Im sure this is what is causing my problem now. My problem being when cold started the rpms fluctuate from 500 to 900 and than it catches it self and idles at 750-800 rpms. When its warm it fires up perfectly as it should. but when its cold should idle around 1250k to reach temp. Now when im driving down the road i push in the clutch idle drops normal until 1000k bounces to 1250k and slowly comes down to the 750-800rpm mark.

Is this happening because the valve is not closing 100% to drop my idle? or is it sticking because of some little pieces of rvt that i missed?
This is the last part possible it could be im almost positive but would like some advice on it before i spend that kind of money.
PLEASE correct me if i am wrong.
