gearing
Hey everybody,
I have a a 89 pickup 22RE with stock 4.11 gears, I have 31x10.5 hankooks with 15x8 AR rims
I was wondering if jumpin up to a 32x11.5 on either an 8 or 10 inch rims would be much differnce in power, if it helps i am from the interior of B.C. so the terrain is very mountainous, so if anybody has done this the same way i plan on it or knows how much of a loss i will have please write me back, thanks
Cody

FWIW, your gears are 4.10, not 4.11 . Anyhoo, for 31-32" tires, you should have 4.56 gears for highway and general purpose use. This was the gearing Toyota put in trucks/4Runners with the 31" tire option in that year.
