fog lights arent working??

fog lights arent working??
ok, my factory fog lights worked great for a long time on my 99 runner. but now theyre not!! :-/ so i tried putting in a new fuse and relay, but every fuse blows...any help??

It sounds like you have a wire that is shorting out on something. Follow the wires all the way through and make sure the sheath is in tact all the way along. Also check there are no loose strands of wire where ever there is a terminal.
Most likely to be a positive wire shorting out on the body or earth cable.
