Electrical problem

A friend has a 98 Taco, 3.4 auto with ac and cruise, no power windows or locks.
He has lost his horn, cruise and the airbag light is on.
All fuses are good.
Does anyone now of a common problem with this or know where to start looking?
Ty

Did you recently install a body lift, or did you disconnect the steering wheel from the steering gear at the rag joint for any reason? It sounds like a broken spiral cable to me. If you spin the steering wheel with the steering disconnected you run the risk of breaking the cable.

Look here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...t=spiral+cable

No body lift and steering wheel has not been off or disconnected.

I'm wondering if a connector pack is loose or has been disconnected. Has anything been done to the instrument panel or cluster? Such has indiglo gauge or radio work?
