Door swap=electrical problems

hey all, the 4runner was recently damaged by my friend's jeep(of course), he slid sideways into my passenger side and wrecked both doors. I've got new doors bolted up that I got on the cheap off of craigslist. When the seller removed them from the donor truck he just cut the wiring harness, so I cut mine too.
Now here's where the problem starts, when I was installing the new doors my wiring harness(already stripped) touched the door and let off a big spark, the keys were in the ignition because i had been charging my phone(not sure if they were turned to ACC or ON). Needless to say I remove them, then I finish all the wiring, go to test them and the locks nor the windows are working, including the driver/passenger side doors, sunroof, rear window.
I checked all fuses, and then was stumped, really hoping somebody can help me out on this one! Thanks

FYI the fuse to check is the large 30 amp fuse on the inside fuse block labeled pwr, I skipped over it the first time because I didn't have any pliers to pull it out to check, the next time I went over them I saw it was blown before I even pulled it
