coil over not lined up
'02 4runner.
So because I couldn't get the front springs compressed enough and get the center hold down nut to break loose, I resorted to take my assembly to pep boys and have them work on it. 65 bucks later I came back home and started working on it again.
Slid the top part of the coil over in the stud holes and the bottom part of the shock wasen't lined up in its bracket . What do I do now? I have no idea how to get the top studs and the bottom shock eyelets to line up properly...

Well, I finally got them in. What I was confused about was that all posts from-searching- (yes, I actually did that), Everybody was stating that the colors on the 99 coils need to face forward. When I was focusing on this i wasn't able to get the 3 studs up top in, the colors facing forward and the bottom shock eyelets to line up all 3 simultaneously.
Went back to pep boys and had them turn the top hat a bit. Came home and still the same way. I ended up turning the coil over assembly until at least the studs and the shock lined up, and I put them in. Colors facing the center of the engine, not forward as I was trying to achieve.
I believe that all the info. that I was researching was based on bilstein shocks and not Tokicos Trekmasters.
I wanna thank Waskilly for the effort to help me out.
Dustin for selling me the 99 springs.
Some dude from craigslist for selling me the PP springs
and auto anything for a killer deal utilizing 2 promo codes and free shipping for the trekmasters.
Ty fellas.
and 1 more thing. my sawsall is my new best friend.
