Do a search for the other places to buy the rotors. That seems like a good price though.
Braking is night and day from the stock rotors. No more wobble, shimmy etc... Feels like it will stop on a dime

Now I have 16" wheels, how do I make sure that I get the right rotors (one size for 16" wheels and one for 15") when the wheels might have been installed upon arrival to US. Is is easy to find out (say read in the door stupid? my wife has the 4runner right now)
thx

rotors that will work on a '75-79 cruiser will work on a '79 truck, right(mine are 6 hole compared to the later 8 hole rotors)?
if so, it'd be nice to be able to ditch my ancient solid rotors for something a little better in the future

Yeah great shipping, rotors showed up almost next day. Definitely will have repeat business, if I could just remember their name.

And wherever you order it from, they will ask you if you have 16 or 15" wheels, the rotors are different.

I have 16" wheels but I wonder of the brake rotors are smaller because the 4runner might originally have had 15" wheels ( I got it used). I thought the 3rd gen had different rotor size dependent on which wheels it was "made" with, so a 16" compatible rotor would fit (maybe I am wrong).

Even though the door says 15" they still came from the factory with the HD brake package and 16" wheels. they onnly way you can know for sure is to measure them or jack up one wheel and see how much gap there is between the caliper and rim.

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but I just purchased a set of Brembo's (blanks - 15") from Taylor Automotive ( www.taylorautomotive.com ) for $44.23 each. The kicker is that there is no charge for shipping via UPS ground (about a $50 value from NC to my zip code in AZ). My total was $88.46.
This is the second time I have purchased from them (first time was for the '95 Runner) and they have had first class customer service and pricing. Just wanted to give these guys a shout out for a job well done. I'll buy from them again.
