APEXi SAFC wiring

I'm getting ready to hook up my APEXi SAFC on my '00 3.4L S/C Runner. The factory wiring diagrams do not cleary indicate where I dould be tapping into the ECU. Has anyone ever completed this hookup? Can you tell me which wires on the ECU were connected to the SAFC for:

- knock sensor (there's two inputs, which one do you use or does it make a difference?)
- RPM signal
- throttle signal (I assume fro the TPS)
- air flow / pressure signal

I beleive that this truck uses a hot wire pressure sensor.

Thanks for your help.
