99 Tacoma questions

I've owned 2 new Toyota trucks,89 pick-up and a 94 4 runner. My questions are on a 99 Tacoma 5sp,4wd,3.4,SR5. Did all TRD's come with rubber fender flairs? I want to replace the 15 in. cast alum. wheeles with 16's, was that an option that year? Does anyone have some to sell? Thank you. You guys have a great forum here, I look forward to contributing if I can.

The TRD package comes with black fender flairs but they are plastic not rubber. 16 inch rims are not a factory option, and I think 15 inch rims better because tires are cheaper, and you can get more rubber around the rim for off-roading.

Well, I'm not sure. I bought this truck used(50k) and don't know alot about them. It had stock steel wheels and tires. So I put on a set of 15 in.cast aluminum split 3 spokes (I think thats what their called) but I put on 30-9.5 tires, still to small. Then I found a set of newer T-100 wheels with 265-75/16s. I like the look of the 16s, But I REALLY like the look of the aluminum SR5 wheels. So, I'm on the hunt for a set of those in 16in. I put 300,000 on my last Toyota pick up(89,2wd,std.bed delux,22RE,5sp.) and now I'm screwing around with wheels after all those miles w/stock steel wheels.

I don't know about e-bay, but I did pay $170.00 for my 15s. These wheels are mint if anyone wants to buy them. Yes, I would be interested in your 16s.
