that was a temp tierod that we tubed and lengthened to just get me home from my friends shop till i got a new tierod end and added a couple leafs to raise the vechile.
Like i said earlier my buddy was set on making the wheel centered and because of that my tierod hit the oil pan and noone said that with rears up front and a V6 ,you needed 2 extra leafs or the leaf springs bend in the negative arch.
LOng story short i did my SAS in one day at my buddies shop and found out all the problems and had to drive home so we bent the tubed tierod to make it not hit and i drove it home i currently have a different set up
When i get back from southwestcrawlfest im moving my axle forward with new leafs and swapping in a 1985 front gusseted axle housing
