Uncle has a 93 single cab and my other one has 90.
That's all they ride. Family runs deep.

What kinda taking forever to start? Not turning over, or is the starter screaming at you?

Alittle of both. It just wouldn't crank so I turned the key off they the starter would whine the. I'd turn the key off again and then it would just crank. And eventually it'll sputter and barely start and I have to give it gas till it runs right, but once it's starts it's fine.

nice looking truck! too bad for the auto tho.... if you want better gas mileage I would seriously consider a 5 speed manual swap. I get 17 mpgs with my truck. its a 3.go with a 5 speed and 4.56 gears. keep up the good work

I'm set on selling it, I can almost double my money, I really miss a 4cyl. I wish I could take the motor and tranny out my whet one and drop in the red one, 4cyl 5speeds extra cabs are hard to find.

dad and I are leaning towards a 3.4 4runner, those things are nasty and easy to work on, mom has one with 300,000

Make up your mind already =p We want to see the build your title called for.
Find a first gen runner and drop a 3.4 in it. Personally i'm not the biggest fan of the newer runners.

True that.
So buy a wrecked new one and a decent old one, 3.4 and e-locker plus first gen style and bombproof-ness. Win-win. (and you can send me the seats, console and seatbelts out of one or the other =p)

So my uncle pretty much sat me down and told me I was being stupid and to build the truck to what I want it to be, so I guess that's what I'm doing now. I started it for the first time in over a week today. She started right up, I don't understand

Well they're pulling the motor and trans out the 4runner with my 4.88s in so once that's out I'll pull the gears and put the my truck and see what happens from there.

Why are you pulling the engine? Is it dead? And again I ask, what are your plans?

It's a 94 4runner with no title, my uncles selling the motor and trans.
I want 33 10.50 15s with 4.88s,relax the t bars and get 1 inch bj spacers some armor, sliders. Custom rear bumper, new brakes, new exhaust, just make it a reliable rig
