thanks! i'll get more pics up tomorrow. i put a new alpine mp3 player headunit thing in and took off the running boards. this is really my daily driver but for bumpers i think its more for looks, although i wheel a decent amount. i wouldn't mind a front for a place to mount a winch and looks, and a rear for a small hitch for hauling small lawn tractors and my dirtbike. with the running boards off it looks bigger but some rock slider or something would help cause it sucks a tiny bit to get into now.

So quick question for everyone. I want to get some 15x8 black wagons (cragar soft 8's or the like). I've researched backspacing but am slightly confused. Right now with the 32's they are about a quarter inch of less from my a arm. What backspacing should i go with on the wider rims? From what i read I think 3.75. I don't mind if the tires stick out a little more than they do now. Thanks!

new pic dirty as hell. sorry crappy camera phone pic. thats minus the running boards and with some new cragar soft 8's. Just as a side note i loveeeeeee the dunlop mud rovers so far. they wear well, are quiet, and go through about anything.

And one more pic to show the truck and rock sliders on and painted black. Next up is replacements for the rusty rear quarters and then to the body shop for all its little blemishes and new paint. haven't decided on a color yet though.

Yeah def needed an alignment after the lift it was wayyyyy off. rides straight as an arrow though. Well the previous owner used half assed methods for rust repair and painted over it to make it look okay. All it took was for the paint to wear down til the rust came out. I'm fixing it properly now. And I think ill go all white I'm liking how it looks on the fenders

Hello Brian...Like what you are doing to the 4Runner. I would say it is fairly clean for your part of the country. That salt and I guess the new stuff called "Brine" is worse.
Im doing a white 4Runner also. I have been looking at different model cars with white paint for ideas. You will find there are 50 different shades of white as with any color. Looking forward to your build.
