Wow! Great pics Phil! Was this all from Broken Arrow? Im a little weary of taking my '82 out there cuz its a long bed and I know you need a short wheelbase for some of that technical stuff.
I may contact you about those 16 dollar shocks! What a steal! I could use something stiffer in the back, I sag a bit when I put sandbags in the bed for these Flagstaff winters!

you'd be fine with a long bed. a kid brought his 4 door rubicon and he was just fine.
Yeah they were all from broken arrow. idk if the shocks will help with the sag, thats a spring issue.

looks great! You do pretty awesome work man!
I wonder where I can get ahold of some springs then....basically, if I put any weight in the bed at all it dips way down...even parked. Maybe I just need new shocks and springs? It does have a small lift on it. Put it on the craigslist up here but dont want to sell it anymore haha

so i've always had a hunch that my truck wasn't performing up to par. well one way or another i found out that my number one cylinder wasn't firing. turned out after checking for spark at the distributor wires and the actual plug that it wasn't getting fuel. after tearing everything apart the plug actually had one wire that backed itself out so the fuel injector wouldn't fire. I am amazed at how the thing runs now. but I am even more amazed at how well it runs on 3 cylinders!
as retarded as I feel right now I would just let you guys know I'm still messing with this thing and improving it haha

wow I wonder if I have the same power issues, I can't even get her to get up to 70 MPH. As far as the overload spring, I haven't got a clue. All I know is that American Spring wants over 500 bucks without tax and labor just to stiffen the bed so its level again. I wasn't about to fork over that kind of dough, so what other options do you think I have that are feasible for a broke college kid?
Thanks man

Anybody know what size nut goes on the studs on the bottom of the exhaust manifold? Figured its easier to ask before I crawl under it and use random nuts. Thanks in advance
