Try www.car-parts.com for used.
You might also consider a new one. Inchworm.com sells them for a reasonable price.
Stating the obvious but you need to know what ratio you need before you buy!

pull that thing out and you can get it redone by a respectible shop for about 300.00 plus parts then you can reinstall it yourself and save an assload of money and FIND A NEW HONEST MECHINIC.

$150:
http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/pts/574206637.html
"I have a 1994 rearend for sale. I pulled it from my truck to put in a locker.I had a hole 3rd member rebuilt and put a locker in. This is the stock one out of my truck. 4.56 gears with the hard to find sensor hole. 150.00"
not mine btw, and you'd have to ship it

do you actually know what happened to the 3rd member???
did you actually break the 3rd member, like the "case" or whatever you want to call it?
or is it the ring&pinion??
or is it the actual differential???
you might want to figure this out before you throw money at a problem because a mechanic tells you that you need a new 3rd member,
I would like to hear how he deduced what was wrong, and if he actually showed you what was broken

Most likely a bad pinion bearing. Pretty common failure on these trucks.
mtrdrms- What gear ratio is yours?
I would gladly take it off your hands if it doesn't work for monty.
Monty- Take a look here. You can get a new locked diff for cheaper than a new OEM diff.
