WTB: '91 4Runner front end parts in Nor-Cal
I had a minor lapse in concentration the other day while driving home and as a result am in need of a few body parts. Here's everything from the body shop's estimate:
-front bumper with brackets (chrome)
-valance under bumper (black)
-'90-'91 4Runner/truck grille (chrome, with "V6") they changed the
-hood
-hood latch assembly
-upper tie bar (body panel that connects the two fenders, hood latches to, radiator and headlights mount to)
-lower tie bar (not sure what this really is)
I'm pretty sure everything can come from a '90-'95 4Runner or '89-'95.5 truck (pre-tacoma) except the grille (Toyota changed the 4Runner headlights in '92 from sealed beams to a molded housing with an H4 bulb). Here's a couple of pics for reference. And its all going onto a '91 4Runner.

Bump
I'm really looking more for the grille than any other part, I want to replace it with a grille that says "TOYOTA" and not the Toyota emblem on the 92 and later models, which is proving to be harder than I thought.
Thanks for looking

Doesn't look to bad, and seems your OK so that's good.
Did you try All Japanese out by TAP. They always seem to have some decent stuff and don't charge an arm and a leg for things like TAP.
Is the Grill cracked, it doesnt look like it took much damage.
The Toyota part unscrews from the grill you might/should be able to fab up some washers, screw plate to put it on another grill. I had mine off to paint the grill a few weekends ago.

I'm fine, which is the most important part.
The grille did crack on the upper chrome part above the "TA" above the big dent in the bumper.
I checked with TAP yesterday and they said I could get the bumper with brackets, valance, and turn signals for roughly $160; '92+ truck grille for $75 and the radiator support for $150 which is all much better than what the body shop quoted me.
I did not know the TOYOTA unscrews from the grille, but I figured if I couldn't find anything I might do a variation the of Satoshi mod with what I can find.
I haven't tried All Japanese yet, I've stopped by a few places in Racho, and need to call another yard up outside of Placerville, my search continues...

My brother drove when i was there. Its like right down the street from TAP.
TAP is over priced, i needed things there that i have found in other yards for much better prices. One would just hope they learned and changed their ways.
If its just cracked alittle might try some plastic epoxy and sand it smooth and repaint it.
