Mud terrain tires with detroit locker??

I am planning on getting some mud terrains--probably the General Grabber MT. I am wondering what effect the tread will have on turns. Now I have BFG Long Trails which are more of a street tire.

Will they stick on turns? Will the locker act different with the big lugs on the tires?

With my EZ-locker, the locker would slip everytime even in rain. I think the big lugs hug the ground more causing more friction and result in practically zero tire squealage unless you floored it.

Thumbs up for lockers and mud terains on normal driving. WHen I had my slicks though...i was all over the place.

I've got a detroit in my rear right now. It take's barely anything to get my tire to slip. Then again, that could be due to the fact that I'm running 33 10.50's
