Cutting to fit your wheel/tire combo

I guess the wheel/tire sub-forum is a good place for a thread like this.

Wondering if we can start a thread with clear images of where/how people have had to cut their trucks up in order to clearance them big tires. Sure there's info out there, but it's spread out all over the place and not always a pic of where/how much was cut. If you're gonna share, please don't forget to put your model, tire size, wheel specs, suspension setup, etc - this way we can get accurate info out there, and all in one place. Lets try to keep this thread full of pertinent information only and not fill it with pages of BS.

I'll start:
1993 XCab, IFS, OME dakar medium leafs - stock shackles, OME shocks, BJ spacers, no swaybar, 33x12.5x15 Toyo MTs on 15x8-3.75bs wheels, measures 6.75" from tire to rear fender and 6" from tire to front fender. Used a cordless angle grinder with cutoff wheel for everything. Had to cut out around 1"+ of the metal/pinch weld area at the firewall (still need to cut a little more) and pound the area flat with a BFH (big F hammer). Had to cut out almost 1" from the tips of the front bumper, need to do a little more on driver side due to boo boo. Not sure if the rear is going to need a little bit of cutting as well - it's real close when flexed with no weight in the bed, so i guess it'll happen eventually....especially when it's time for 35s someday. Future plans of tubbing firewall.

Overall stance:

side shot:

pinch weld after 1st cut and some pounding (there's still a little bit more extra material that can to be removed before getting to the cab, maybe 3/4")

bumper cut - needs slightly more than pictured to clear at full stuff while turning

rear wheel well while stuffed - might have to cut this, we'll see...

don't forget to test at full lock too. Mentioning your wheel size and backspace will help too as it makes a pretty good difference. I know you did but it's something alot of people fail to mention as well in the what size tire will fit thread.

1989 SR5 4runner, Zuk mod in the rear, 1.5" BJ's up front, no sway bar, shocks that are shot.

285/75/16 TW-Guard Dogs on 16X8 Black steel wheels with 4.75" back spacing.

Had to beat the front of the rear fender with a hammer (just flattened out the lip) and so far have had to remove a little of the front fender pinch weld. Don't know how much more I'll have to remove since I can't wheel it until my wheel spacers get here this week. At full droop the sidewalls rub on the upper control arms.

(will edit this with pictures when I get a chance)
