My 33" ATs are way better all around then my Wrangler ATs were.
BFG now has a tire hazzaed plan, its free and if you get stuck or have a flat they WILL send a truck to help. My friend Ray actually did it once, took about 2 hours but a wrecker pulled him out of a huge ditch and drove off, no charge.

well currently on my 2004 tacoma i am running 265/75/16 dunlop mud rovers......i love the tire, it performs excellently in all off road condition and havent had any trouble on road, as far as rubbing goes it only rubs when turned full right and i have not had any issues off-road with rubbing aside from when it is turned full right

that road hazzard thing would help me much cause i already get free AAA!
thanks all the great info, looks like the KO's will be my next tire once i scrape together enough money. im not gonna get them from tirerack because $155/tire is a lot...
unfotrunately, costco doesnt even sell 'em!
i'll have to check out other good tire sources in the area... thanks again guys.

Costco near me sells them.
But, they won't install any size that is not listed in their computer.
I went with America's Tire Co. and got a free lifetime hazard warranty. They will replace free for unrepairable damage incurred on or off road.
I Love the tires.

Revos 50k warranty (I think Flamedx4 is the first person who I've ever heard on this board say that these aren't that great)
Yok Geolandars 40k warranty
I like my Geos so far and they really resist hydroplaning well,minimal road noise and the lettering is more subdued compared to the Revos. I've done a bit of rough loggin trails up in the mountains and they tackled them well but they aren't a major off road tire but for the compromise of daily pavement driving I like 'em so far and they have a nice tread pattern.

I just had a set of BFG A/T KO's installed. Had them put on 265/75's because I
couldn't find them in 265/70's anywhere. The price at tirerack isn't such a great deal
when you consider the shipping charges. I got them for $149 each from NTB here
locally. Mine don't rub at all. I do have the TRD off-road setup; I don't know if
that makes a difference or not.
What PSI is everybody running their BFG's at? The tire states max load at 65PSI!
I just hauled a bed full of wood planks and I was likely a bit overloaded so I aired
up the rear tires to 40PSI. (The installers put them at 35PSI). I'm not sure
what is the best pressure. I'm sure most of the time (with an empty bed) 35PSI
would be fine but since the tires can handel 65PSI I'm wondering if I should keep
them at 40PSI or more?
Anyone have any opionions on the best pressure for everyday use?

I had a set of BFG at K/O 275/70/16 on my 4runner when it was stock-no mods. the tire is a little taller than stock, but also wider. the wider tire did not rub and handled better than the stockers ever did. Note: i have a limited so my flares kept everything looking stock. Just wanted to let you know of another size that works on a stock truck. They handle great, but are a bit heavy and are Not that good in the rain. just my .o2$

yea, i dont think that included the KO's.
I think that was the long ranges or something.
this is the best site in the world. not only do i get the info i need to feel confident in my purchases, but i also get excited about spending around 500 bucks!

The biggest negative I see from comments from KO owners is the little resistance to hydroplaning with the BFGs since even just 55mph could give you issues or even slower speeds in slushy snow could be a problem. IMO outside of looks I don't see the BFGs being an ideal tire for a Runner that still sees 80%+ of it's driving on pavement.
