Removing axle hub bolts/studs

I over torqued a few of the axle hub bolts because I forgot to put the lock washer on and now I need to get the bolts out to replace them. Any ideas? Also two of the nuts won't come off, any ideas there? How do I get the new studs in there securely?

The studs that hold on the manual hub or drive flange. I over torqued the nuts, not the nuts just turn and won't come off. I'm going to get a stud puller tomorrow to remove the studs. Just can't figure out an easy way to get the nuts off.
