Easy Day Run, March 31?
hey guys... i really wanna meet/go wheeling with yall but both the D-Day and Disney trips are during my spring break...
I'm also kinda hesitant to go on trips that yall got from pirate4x4
I'm in Fayetteville (at U of A) and i really don't know where any trails are. My 4Runner is stock-ish and i havent been wheeling in over a year so i was hoping we could do a easy/noob day run... what do yall think?

I'll probably be able to make this one, but I dont know about d-day anymore. I've gotta work. Stupid work!
We could probably meet somewehre in town and "caravan" up there early that saturday and meet whoever else wants to come.
EDIT: One warning... you should come with intent of getting some new pinstripes... The trails get tight and tree limbs like to eat paint. You can completley avoid body damage, but scratches are pretty tough to avoid.

Yeah, forests aren't good for paint. But if you have a fresh wax job that helps a lot.
For paint friendly runs Disney and Gruber are pretty good. Maybe Byrd's... depending on when the last time the trail was cleaned.
Cory, you bringing the 98?

Bummer, I won't be able to make it. I leave Thursday the 15th for Paris, FR and get back on the 30th. You don't want me wheeling with jet lag! They say I tend to get grumpy.
Keith, nice avatar! Except there's pavement involved...oh well.
All the pics we took last time turned out really dark. Stupid disposable cameras. I think Jen's gonna scan them in and see if she can photoshop them a little lighter.

Sounds good! Where would you guys like to go.. Disney may be a better option to prevent scratches, and might be a little closer for you guys... But its entirely up to you guys, I'll just come along as a guide if ya want!

Let's think of a place EVERYONE knows so we can meet early that morning and make a train of toys. I'll point Fink toward this thread and see what he has to say about it.

If it's paint friendly then I'll definitely try and work it in...I just got a new paint job not too long ago, I know I know...you're jealous.
I'll keep an eye on the thread and check out my schedule, I may still be in Florida...my bro just moved there and needs some help with renovating his house, yada yada yada.
Keep me in the loop!

I'll vote Disney. It's fun lots of stuff for people who are locked and people who aren't. And fink shouldn't have any problem not scratching his rig lol. What does everyone else think? Any other suggestions?
