T100 Rear Diff Cover Rusted Out--Help!!

The cover on the rear diff is rusted out and leaking. I would JB Weld the leak but the fill plug is rusted and I imagine the metal is so thin it would just rip out anyway. Anyone ever grind off the old cover and weld in a new one? If so, where does one find a cover that fits? Or am I destined to find a new axle housing?

If one spot is that bad the rest is probably junk too. I'd just replace the whole axle housing.

OK--any ideas on where to find a used housing? I have looked all over online and can't seem to find the right one.

I searched Car-part, but no housings in the us for 4x4 w/abs. Are other housings the same (4x2, non ABS, etc?). If not, I guess I will need to find a whole assy...what gear ratio am I looking for in a stock '95 t100 (car-part has a few options). For now I stopped the leak with a very short self-tapper and some jb weld, but I want a permanent solution. Thanks for the help.

On the 4WD non-ABS rear axle housing...you just need to swap over yer sensors and the axles...and probably yer third member if it's in good condition.

This is what I found in Maine...
